takka takka did a lounge act on woxy yesterday. you can listen to it, in convenient mp3 form, right here!
and check it out, takka has a new bassist. come check 'em out at the plug brooklyn show at the syrup room this friday! i may or may not be helping tend bar. if i am, please order a beer. i know nothing of hard alcohol because i do not drink it. the last time someone asked me for a vodka-whatever there, i think i miscalculated the ratio. this may actually work to your advantage.

As the recipient of said very strong drink, I think you and Syrup Room should be proudly advertising your lack of abilities behind the bar. "Jen C pours the strongest drinks on this end of the L! Don't miss it! And the bands are good too!"
