he could always make a string buzz

last night i went to the angel orensanz foundation for the jenny lewis show. i totally forgot that m.ward was opening, which made me happy. and king of mope, conor oberst, even joined him for one of my favorite songs, o'brien. combined, these three probably created the most mellow and somber atmosphere, i seriously think i could hear people wallowing - it echoed in the arches of the church.
