guess what...one of the best. bands. ever. in the world. has a new album coming out early next year. but YOU can hear it THIS THURSDAY.
aaron from ghostland observatory tells me that we can all hear their new album, paparazzi lightning, on KVRX this thursday night from 9:30PM-11:30PM CT (you can stream the show online.)
there's a picture of them to the right playing their first ever nyc show at movable hype this summer. i miss them.

i miss them. i think i'm going to play black box tonight at rothko, just because. that's exciting about the album though!

I saw them play last night in austin @ emo's and it was awesome. i've seen them many times before, but this time, the crowd was a little weird before they started, a little heckle-y, because they were having technical problems. but as soon as the first song was over, the entire room was on their side.
overrated? i think not.
