Hey, nice one - are you gonna be be selling tickets on the door by any chance? I'm over from dirty london towne for one night, and it happens to be the 20th... hows that for timing?!

jen

oh fun! come on by, there will be tickets sold at the door as well...

daring

i have plans on coming, as long as work doesn't screw me....

nora

however, if you happen to miss their show because you were one of those people who just HAD to see the killers, they are playing at the delancey on the thursday 23rd.

hehe... sorry just had to say!

and congrats on the fest + pitchfork mention! YAY CLAP YOUR HANDS SAY YEAH!

J

And apparently now it's a "New York Media Blowout."

Any idea what the band schedule will be? Maybe I'll head down after (fogey alert) Camper Van + Modest Mouse wrap up. Hopefully the Austin band'll be late? I've seen CYHSY before (and will see them again 7/20 @ Southpaw with Saints + Lovers/Dirty on Purpose), but want to catch the others...

jen

you can find the bands east coast schedule here.
they'll be going on monday at knit at around 10pm, definitely come check them out!

bryan

aww but you haven't seen MiG before. We're up first, then CYHSY, Ghostland Observatory, and finally The Fame.

That totally rules that Pitchfork wrote that. When I first read it, I double checked to make sure I was actually on Pitchfork. It's also worth mentioning WHO actually wrote it too. Ryan Schreiber. He IS Pitchfork:

Best lineup. It's gonna be great. I even just turned down a ticket to the Killers =)

Tina

Man in Gray, at 8, it's so easy to hit up a happy hour and then come to the show all toasty to see us. I promise we'll be kickass. I'll scream real loud.
