new music wednesday

the_nurse.mp3- the white stripes
the_denial_twist.mp3 - the white stripes

Whstrproductshop has declared it their best album since de stijl - but after listening to anything for 18 hrs straight people will say crazy things like that. i have to agree though, i liked it instantly - which was surprising since after hearing one of the songs (blue orchid) a few weeks ago - i thought it would take a few listens to really get into the new songs.

get behind me, satan comes out june 7th. i'm guessing the title came from this.

and incase you were wondering, that electro-haunting song in the oc last week that i was wondering about was found by cv, who was smart enough to check itunes. go download it now. the song is by imogen heap, who is also one half of the band frou frou (you know, they sang that garden state song).

i dunno. i think y'all might be crazy.
that white stripes album is a total snoozefest.
heck, the most exciting thing about it is the title.

i think the album is good, but not great. def. not better than WBC or Elephant.

I thought the title was a reference to an old blues song...?

hey, what's with not being able to save the mp3s! Any ideas? I blame the new version of Quicktime.
