tomorrow [monday] i start my new job, so there will be no posting here.
tonight however, i have a bit of time. so pretend i am writing this tomorrow. i am writing to you from the future.
i would like to tell you about this band who's interview will be up on gothamist tomorrow. they are called world leader pretend and they are the creators of some music that i really like. if i wasn't going to see nine inch nails tomorrow night i'd be going to their show at merc. i may actually attempt both. here are some songs:

I'm so happy to see WLP get a little love in NYC. I saw them by accident at sxsw (i was at the wrong stage for stars) but totally fell in love with them. I snagged their EP off itunes a bout a month ago and have been happily humming along to it since. I was so excited to see them again at The Mercury last night, they put on a really brilliant live show. I wish you could have been there, but I'm guessing you got caught up at NIN, which from your post, sounds like it was an amazing night unto itself.
