3. ben told me arcade fire tickets in austin sold out before he got one.
to which i said: ha, told you!
4. jess told me our apartment has no heat. or hot water.
to which i said: that sucks.
Funny you should mention AF in Austin. Had the same discussion with my buddy Darin down there. He pulled the "Haha, all those retards on Craigslist in NY, meanwhile I can just stroll up to the club before the show and pay my $8" thing. Of course they sold out and I had a good laugh.
p.s. - no heat either.

when i lived in brooklyn, one winter we had no heat, no hot water AND THEN the ceiling fell in in my bedroom. not to try to top you or anything, just to say "i feel your pain." if it's any consolation, currently my stove is broken.
